Sanity check for tracking media in EEMC

Abstract:  You do not have access to view this node we've shown that the MC deposits too little energy in the lead and scintillator of the EEMC, compared with the BEMC and with what we expect given published mean dE/dx values and the construction of the endcap.  In this note we check that the MC has reasonable values loaded into the geant lookup tables which govern physical processes in tracking media.

Mod 15e: Marked as Good

Module 15, eta plane seems to have some unusual behavior that makes me suspicious of it.  Strips 2101-2150 seem to be ok but after that things deteriorate.  Figure 1 shows the plot of ADC
