Pedestals per Time Bin

I repeated the study of pedestal vs time bin for a production quadrant.  Pedestal_Plots.pdf shows examples of the pedestals. I used a gaussian fit with a range of 300 to 1000.

Let us meet and discuss progress toward the review.

There is the issue of the FGT code readiness started in a few lists (and I reported it at the last S&C meeting) raising some additional questions on whether the Geometry model could be ready in "dev" ... we can discuss this but should spend most of the time to focus on current problems and show stoppers, discussing the track by track comparisons Yuri nicely assembled at http://www4.rcf.bnl.gov/~fisyak/star/RECO/Eval/TbyT/
and discuss how to get the data samples ready.
