Pedestal vs Time Bin Revisited

I repeated the study of pedestal vs time bin for a production quadrant.  Looking at Pedestal_Plots.pdf shows examples of the pedestals.  I used a gaussian fit with a range of 300 to 1000.  The first two figures are showing channel number vs ADC for time bin 0 of two different APVs.  They show "narrow" and "broad" regions so the next two figures are examples of what the pedestals look like in those regions respectively.  The last figure shows the pedestal for channel 3 and this "double peak" has been observed in every APV I have looked at so far in time bins 1, 3, and 5.  Something I noticed in these plots is that there is a spike at 0.  I looked at the data file and noticed there are random blocks of data consisting of all zeros so I am not sure what happened.

Pedestal_vs_TimeBin.pdf shows the pedestals vs time bin for selected channels for 3 different APVs. The points are the mean of the fit and the uncertainty on each of the points is less than a channel.  For APV1 I have included plots showing the distribution of the means over the time bins for channels 3 and 110.

The file was given to me by S.Gliske of a ped run taken last week (I think).  I will check the log book and edit this line appropriately...
