eta dependence of non-gaussianity
I divided the vernier scan data into five segments by eta rings, 0 corresponding to the highest abs(eta), 4 corresponding to the lowest.

Here is a summary of the repairs to BTOW during September and October of 2009.
1) Examine 4 sources of data to find problems:
Run 9 T0 differences between fields
T0-by-padrow calibrations were performed for Run 9 using run 10118050 for RFF and run 10184053 for FF.
