Filtered Dijet PYTHIA in pp500

Request TypeSimulated background embedding (generator with real data as background for noise / pile-up studies)
Description

This request is for trigger and partonic filtered pythia events to be embedded in zerobias events.

There are 12 CKIN bins requests ranging from 4 - 75 partonic pT.

This request is documented in FilterTests_v2.pdf attached at the bottom of this page: http://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/blog/gdwebb/2011/apr/19/embedding-comparisons-run-9-pp-500gev

Please note this geometry should be y2009g but this option is not currently available

Logarithmic Bin Boundaries

It's taking me longer and longer to remember how to derive this, so I'm posting it as a blog entry.

GOAL : following the procedure of previous post, I should start with single track cut to remove background. (for D0 reco. with SVT/SSD)
