              2) Run11 and BES: Nu- 18-27-11.5 GeV Au+Au // v2 of phi and anti-p becomes significantly smaller compare to L

                and p. // Bedanga: PWGc supports 18-27 GeV Au+Au collisions and may be some energy between 39-62.4 GeV. //

              1) D0 muon system: Olga and Nu will discuss with Steve H. to see if it useful for STAR future physics program

              2) HFT status: BNL review week of March 21 or 28. Six to eight weeks later will be DOE review. 

              3) DAQ10k upgrade: Intend to double the speed of trigger. Remove some bottle necks in both soft- and hardwares. Involves

                  Tanto, Zhangbu, and others.e-mu, mu-mu measurements, for example. Need a review committee:

              4) Run11, ANDY: STAR is fine, FMS trgger is to be ready this night. CAD performence is not good. 9MHz tried, quited,

                 cannot come back to original settings. Setup rotaters for PHENIX.

                 ANDY: no systematic measure yet (Bill). ANDY is not really the trouble yet. The effect is not only about the luminosity,

                            background is also an imprtant issue. Need to quatify the effect. Bernd will prepare the document.

                  targets; (3) Simulations are urgent now. WIll discuss with Jamie and Jerome about Jnsen's involvement;

                  (4) Decadal Plan suplement documents due on Friday, May 13th, 2011 in preparation for the PAC meeting

                  during June 6-7-8. Results of simulations are needed in the new documents. (5) Calorimenter proposal from

                 UCLA group will move forward.
