I tested the Sti HFT geometry again the SL14g library done on July 22, 2014. Please see the results below. Please refer to the earlier posts for preceeding studies.

The following images show energy deposited in some Sti volumes for what supposed to be a similar set of tracks, i.e. track generated at z=-3 cm perpendicular to the beam.
