These are the same plots as for run 9, but for run 6. The pion location is clearly around the accepted value, demonstrating the 5% difference in run 9.
TPC Hit Errors changes
For RT Ticket 2103, we would like to understand the changes in TPC hit errors which were introduced in January 2010 for the Run 9 pp500 data.

upgrade R&D meeting

As advertised earlier the main purpose is to have presentations, and discussion on various R&D project for the future, both for the later part of the decade and the eSTAR/EIC era.
Of particular importance are plans and ideas that fall within the STAR plans for the next decade as outlined in the decadal plan document, and the eSTAR era. This encompasses, as examples tracking, calorimetry, PID for STAR forward upgrades in the later part of the decade, and electron tracking and identification in the eSTAR era (i.e. low momentum (1-6 GeV/c) at backward rapidities.
The meeting will have short presentations, and there will be amble time for discussions.

TOF OPS: HV_logger columns and GUI info
In the TOF Main GUI, the inner pie wedges are POSITIVE, outer wedges are NEGATIVE
in run-11, there are 49 columns in the HV log files: timestamp followed by 48 V,I values

The small compressor is on top of the gas mixing rack (left side, small gray box).
