Attempted EEMC Reconstruction Algorithms

I thought it worthwhile to enumerate some of the different algorithms that I have tested.  Code for all algorithms is found in $CVSROOT/offline/users/sgliske/StRoot/StEEmcPool/StEEmcHitMaker.
