In general, we should review the progresses and discuss the below:

  • CA - plan for evaluation (do we need additional help as offered by our GSI colleagues)
  • Geometry integration - were are we + plan forward (discussed with Jason and re-iterated the FGT goal)
  • Stv - progress and code readiness for evaluation
  • Vertex integration (previous thread on PPVF) - plan

*  There is going to be a face-to-face management meeting
at BNL 9/27-28 (Tues-Wed). There is the idea of having
a software just before or just after this meeting. The
default is after but send me (not the list) your
   availability for either.

The agenda will be on high priority tasks and institutional
   participation:

1) Calibration infrastructure. This includes CMM measurements,
Data Bases and Structures. This part of software is
officially on (and tracked by) the project. I will draft
a plan for immediate actions by Friday.
2) Geometry Db. This is a lot of work and not for a single
person. Need to define the team and coordinate with
Jason actual implementation. Need to define degree of
details and for this establish the links with the
   hardware experts.
3) Simulators. I will invite French experts with code for
the pixel det. to come or video-come to the meeting.
4) Evaluation scheme. Jonathan recently stumbled on this and
reminded us that we need to clarify/establish evaluation
   of HFT performances the STAR-way.
5) Cleanup/Move somewhere the Kalman codes.

*  Please let me know if you have a topic/presentation to make
   this Friday.
