1) Updated Numbering scheme document at the end to include HFT  layer definitons (useful for analysis and alignment)

2) I put some slides together on PXL Survey Interface to Offline  alignment software (proposal, seed thoughts)

3) I am going to start the discussion on the VMC application  recommendation today...this needs to move asap and we (HFT)  try to staff it and run it as much as we can.

4) Some possible update on current alignment software work/cleanup  implementation of structures etc.

5) I also posted Ivan's update on CA-HFT to discuss if time permits.

6) Yaping giving an update on IST geometry modeling

7) Hao put together a few slides on the Survey-end coord. systems

8) Jonathan will post two slides showing the effect of putting PXL info  on tracks when aligning the IST/SSD as a way to demonstrate the

    gain in precision.

9) Flemming is helping Amilkar on PXL material modeling.  He is coding several important pieces of material near the interaction  point like the aluminum PXL sector holder and the end of the Dtube support.
