1. For 19.6 GeV Run-by-Run QA:
   Daniel check the 76 bad runs flagged by Ashik:
   1). 38 of the Runs flagged as bad were injection runs.
   2). 14 of the flagged runs are short (i.e. <10 minutes).
   3). 15 of the flagged runs were good, long data runs for which there were no comments in the log book about why the run might be bad.
   4). The remaining 9 runs had a variety of issues that were noted in the log and could explain why the runs were rejected.
 
2. The progress on the BES-II data QA, also 14.6 GeV QA if it starts.
 
3. For Run22: TOF mode for FastOffline-based picoDSTs. 
   ColdQCD group: should use start-less-tof mode.

Summary:
For 19.6GeV QA:
1. All the injection runs should be marked as bad, and it is about 10% of the data. -> Need to ask Gene for the injection run list.
2. Ashik change the DCA to sDCA and use Min-bias trigger, redo the Run-by-Run QA:
   1). 100 runs marked as bad. -> Need to compare with previous bad run list.
   2). sDCA has large fluctuations. -> May be due to the problem from injection runs, need to redo the QA after delete the injection runs.
 
For Run22 QA:
   We should use start-less-tof for FastOffline-based picoDSTs.
