c) what we need in order to set up a simulation to check that by rotating in phi the SST/IST by a few degrees there is no significant impact on tracking efficiency for various pt bins.
- Manpower: Several people are coming onboard and we need to coordinate/match the needs with people. In the next month we will build on this initial discussion.

This is after the logic related to the hodoscopes was removed, but before the outputs to the C20 patch panel were removed (Jan 23) and before the additional gate was added before the scalar inhibits (Jan 27).
