BTOW Timing Curve: VPD+ Vertex Cut
Using rebucketed beam and the VPDMB + TAC Cut trigger to define the vertex, I analyzed runs 13038011(delay=100 ns) -13038020(delay=140ns) in 5 ns steps. The results show that the BTOW timing
