              1) Run11: STAR is ready for Au+Au. However, Steve wants to continue on pp 500 GeV longitudinal till ....

              2) QM2011: two additional QM plenary talks: i) Jets; ii) BES // Parallel abstracts: 1) Inform those who's abstract is ready.

                  So they can submit the abstract asap. 2) We will focus only on those abstracts that are not ready: a) Quadrupole

                 abstract: general consus from PWG is that it will be good if new pp data from STAR is included in the abstract.  We will

                  request the author to include STAR new data. b) Grouping of abstracts.

              1) QM11 abstract: 63 received,few more are expected. Discussions are going on in the PWGs. Will preppare about 30 at the

                 analysis meeting time and prepare 25 abstracts forsubmissions.

              2) BES issues: v2, ncq scaling, HBT, LPV, higher moments => need new data at 18 GeV

              3) Run11 -Bill: Andy has no effects when it is online.
