Attending:  Jonathan, Long, Thorsten, Spiros, Flemming and Jim,

Jonathan covered the latest developments in preparing for the Run 15
calibration production run; including updated chipCorrect(ion) and maskChip
tables and well as updates to the alignment tables.   We are hoping that the
Run 15 alignment studies are also valid for Run 14.

Comparisons with and without the chipCorrect table suggest that the chip
Correction is working quite well.  The N vs P ADC plots show relatively
clean physics data and N side and P side data at approximately the same
amplitude.

Long discussed his work in preparing for the SSD production runs and the
preparation of tables to fill the DB.

The good news is the pedestal table is ready but the Noise table requires a
bit more testing.

A bit more QA on the pedestal runs is required before we can fully analyze
the cosmic runs.  JT will make additional pedestal data available.   Spiros
is organizing a Run 15 calibration run and it will be requested very soon.
A matter of days ... not weeks.

JT and Long will start to work on the CMN plotting software starting on
~Wednesday.  Have to get the pedestal, noise, and other calibration work
organized first.

Flemming suggested that we discuss preparations for the upcoming DOE review
at the Wednesday HFT software meet.
