vped confusion - 2018

We want to find a way to check the mapping of the epd from the FEEs through the QT.  The idea is that if we change the vped setting in a given channel, we should see the pedestal shift.  The

North-East EPD

 Attached is a picture of the North side of the East EPD. It is to demonstrate the curvature in the fiber bundle attached to the Supersector in PP09.
