Pedestal vs Time Bin

The FGT HyperNews has brought up the question of whether or not the pedestals change with time bin.  I created two different plots to get the pedestal per time bin.  In Pedestal_Plots.pdf Figures 1 and 2 show Channel vs ADC which includes all channels but only for a particular time bin.  In both figures we are looking at time bin 2.  Focusing on Figure 2, which is much wider of a pedestal, you see what appears to be a pattern of wide and narrow regions.  Figures 3 and 4 show pedestal plots per channel, per time bin.  Figure 3 looks as expected and is found in a narrow region of Figure 2.  Figure 4 is a more broad peak and even has a smaller spike before the peak, and this channel is found in a wide region of Figure 2.

I selected a few channels found in these wide and narrow regions of Figure 2.  I used the mean of the histogram for the pedestal values and graphed them vs time bin to see if the values are consistent.  Pedestal_vs_Time_Bin.pdf shows that the pedestals do not change much with time bin, and the error bars are smaller than the size of the points.
